Support Worker
Health care is moving more towards individuals remaining in
their homes for elder care or surgery and illness recovery in
order to save medical costs. This has increased the demand for
Personal Support Workers.
24 Week
Diploma Program
The graduate is trained to pursue a career in health care in
either a community or institutional setting. Alternative career
paths would include childcare facilities, doctor's offices, senior
recreational facilities, hospices, etc.
Upon successful completion of the program students will write
the Provincial Certification exam through the National Association
of Career Colleges.
